They advertise as number one in the nation. No different service than suddenlink. Useless. I spent 45 min on hold tried to chat after connecting on my phone. Useless AI

The internet and cable service with suddenlink was abysmal and optimum just put a new name on the same *** service. Call them and get put on hold for a long time. Use chat and the AI is stupid. Best move now is file a complaint with the state AG Again

Big mix up with apartment number but issues were resolved. Only went with our cable for 8 days. I moved into apt numb 2 but my service was connected at numb1. New ppl moved into 1 and I was disconnected. . Btw. I upped my Internet Speed And was told I was getting a $300 gift card for months ago never received it

I've reached out a few times now about my recent bill. I recently returned my cable boxes due to lack of usage as well as financial reasoning.

Understand that I returned these items in person on June 22nd. My new billing cycle starts on 6/23. The day I returned these cable boxes I received a return confirmation as well as an additional email to reiterate my new billing amount. However, a week later I received my new online billing which did not reflect my recent return.

I have reached out 3x to customer service about this issue where I was told the case would be looked into. I reached out once again this morning as I had still not received a response on this issue where I was finally told that my bill wouldn't reflect this return for 30 days. I, was in no way, communicated these terms and was fully unaware or prepared for this substantial charge. I now have a bill that I CANNOT afford for I did not budget for this amount.

I am absolutely disgusted that I am being charged a FULL billing cycle for services rendered BEFORE this new cycle. I am asking once again that my case is revisited and dealt with accordingly.

Preferred solution: I want to pay only the amount that is due, I cannot pay an amount for services rendered prior to the new billing cycle and then to be credited for future billing. I was quoted at $75.24 and that is what I would like to pay.

Unsatisfactory service

Company is unreliable, has no respect for peoples time. No customer support at all. The tech came to my house and left the job undone without saying anything to me. When I realized the truck wasnt outside I called the last number that called the operator told me to reschedule.

Not happy with the Service Optimun provides

Optimum scheduled an appointment with us to repair their lines, we have poor telephone service, no internet or TV. they scheduleded an appointment for today 6/23/2022. They never advised us that they were here, they claim that it was resolved and i still have poor telephone service.

Go Elsewhere To Find Your Cable and Internet Service

Due to zero competition, I was stuck with this company for far too long. Upon leaving New Jersey on 6/27/22 I requested a refund for services I paid for but cancelled before the end of the billing cycle (7/5/22). It was a little over $40.00 - big deal. Optimum then charged my credit card another $75 on 7/7/22 for service from 7/5/22 to 7/22/22 (remember I cancelled service on 6/27/22). This is a dishonest company with sketchy billing practices. These clowns owe me over $116. I would avoid doing business with them if possible.

Terrible customer service and no accountability. I have had two (2) complaints with Optimum and none were resolved. No follow up or even a response was initiated by Optimum. Optimum has gone downhill in comparison to 15yrs ago. I recommend that if feasible, you go with another provider.

You can’t speak to anyone about your bill

You cant reach a live person ! Im going to return my equipment and never have their service again. They are charging more than what my monthly bill should be. Ive tried every number and you cant reach a live person

There are always outages, all you do is raise prices and give bad service. You don't have all the channels like OAN one america new, or Yellowstone.
