This company is really going downhill.I have been a long, long time customer.
I have had the occasional problem in the past, and I could always get someone on the phone to troubleshoot and help. Tonight my internet cut out in the middle of a school quiz, (I go to school online). I called Optimum to fix the situation and I have literally been sitting on hold for two hours. I have tried to get in contact through the website.
The "Live chat" feature has also been "loading" for about 2 hours and says I'm 93rd in the cue. 93rd? I have no way to get a hold of anyone to find out what is going on. They don't seem to have anybody actually answering phones.
I am absolutely at the end of my rope with this company.They didn't used to be bad, but the service has gotten horrendous.
